Why Turkish cotton over other materials?

Turkish cotton balances high absorbency with fast drying. It releases moisture quickly, which helps prevent mildew and musty smells.

How do I stop towels from shedding lint?

Wash them before first use. Some shedding is natural at first and drops off after the second or third wash.

Does fabric softener make towels better?

No, it does the opposite. Softeners coat the fibers with a waxy film that repels water. Use half a cup of white vinegar once a month instead.

What does GSM mean?

GSM stands for grams per square meter and measures a towel’s density. 300 to 600 GSM suits everyday use at home and outdoors. Above 600 GSM, towels are heavy and ultra plush, like hotel towels.

What is the difference between a bath towel and a bath sheet?

Our bath towels measure 27 × 54 in (Werty) or 30 × 60 in (Sarry). A bath sheet measures 35 × 70 in, significantly larger for extra coverage.

How do I keep towels from feeling scratchy?

Use less detergent and dry on low or medium heat. Wool dryer balls help keep the fibers fluffy.

Are your towels safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. They are 100% cotton, which breathes, and certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, which tests textiles for harmful substances.

Why don’t new towels absorb well?

New towels often carry a finish from production that washes out. They reach full absorbency after 2 or 3 washes.

Can I wash white and colored towels together?

It is best to separate them. Dark colors can bleed onto white or lighter towels.

Do cotton towels shrink?

A little shrinkage, around 2 to 5%, is normal. Avoid very high heat to keep it to a minimum.

How long does shipping take?

We ship from our U.S. warehouse in Chicago. Standard shipping takes 3 to 8 business days. Expedited shipping takes 1 to 3 business days when it is offered at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the contiguous United States. At the moment we can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or P.O. boxes.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from our Contact page and we will email you a return label. Sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away with your order number and we will make it right.
