Özdilek started in Bursa, Türkiye in 1971 with two looms and five people. 55 years later, every towel is still woven, dyed and finished in our own factories in Bursa, from 100% Turkish cotton.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. You will get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from our U.S. warehouse in Chicago. Standard shipping takes 3 to 8 business days. Expedited shipping takes 1 to 3 business days when it is offered at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order over $75. Orders below $75 pay the standard rate shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from our Contact page and we will email you a return label. Sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.
